Dr Ann Steele provides an exceptional level of therapy services. My therapy sessions with Dr Ann Steele really helped me through a tough time in my life and I refer back to the tools she provided me with when I feel I am going down a slippery slope. She is warm, friendly and very understanding. She doesn't judge me and I feel at ease talking to her. 100% would recommend!
As someone who was quite anxious about the idea of therapy before going, I really appreciated Ann’s calm and non-judgemental approach. She gets the perfect balance between listening and giving advice and I have found our sessions to be invaluable. Ann also helped me with an autism diagnosis which has given me greater insight into my reactions to different situations and enabled me to take positive steps to reduce stressors in my work and personal life. "Having engaged with therapy in the past with limited success, I was initially sceptical regarding its effectiveness. After a couple of sessions with Ann this scepticism soon faded. Ann's structured and goal orientated approach really helped me to see the benefits that therapy can have and also the track progress made. Whilst the therapy is structured in its nature, it also felt open and explorative at the same time; meaning new topics could be dealt with as they arose. All done with a very calm and good humoured demeanour, I couldn't recommended Ann highly enough."
